These terms govern your use of the Xantus website and the Xantus internal applications (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
The internal applications are for members of the Xantus organization only. Access may be granted or removed at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Use the Services only for Xantus business, only with accounts you are authorized to access, and do not attempt to bypass security controls or access data you are not permitted to see.
Google accounts and data
When you connect a Google account you authorize the Services to access the data described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google account settings.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reports are for internal decision making and may contain delays or inaccuracies from upstream data sources.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Xantus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
